These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between de333 ("Company", "we", "us") and the user of the de333 platform ("you", "member", "player").

3.2 Account Transfer
A de333 account is entirely personal and may not be transferred, sold or rented to anyone else under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in account cancellation.
3.3 Updating Information
If your contact details or payment method change, update them in your account promptly. de333 will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount at de333 is ৳100. Accepted payment methods for deposits are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. A slight delay may occur in the event of issues with the payment provider's system.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount from de333 is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawn funds will only be sent to the payment account used at the time of deposit.
4.3 Withdrawal Prerequisites
The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request is processed:

5.3 VIP Program
de333's VIP program has four levels. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each level:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback
A member can be promoted to a higher VIP level based on regular gaming activity and loyalty to the platform.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
All betting and gaming activities on de333 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely unbiased and verifiable.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error or server issue, de333 will provide the best resolution based on the game's automatic records. In such situations, de333's decision will be considered final.
6.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

- Evidence of operating multiple accounts
- Failure to complete identity verification
11.2 Member's Rights
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon account closure, the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be provided, provided the reason for closure is the member's own request.
Changes to Terms
de333 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via notification.
